Our pricing is far less then our competition,
An in some cases as much as 65% LESS!
Some factors that affect pricing are your location, the size of the drive, do you have a contract or is this just a “one time plow” Before you sign a contract with another company call us an let us show you how much you can save! Show us your lowest estimate an watch us match it or BEAT IT!
Get a quote on your drive or business!
NOTICE: WE DO NOT PLOW DRIVES WITH DESIGNER PAVERS/STONE.
Our 24 hour state of the art Dispatch center is just one of the many things that make SnowBusters stand out over other Plow companies.
Live Traffic cam monitoring through out our service area! – Our Weather center – ALL of our trucks have 2 way radios & weather radios.
BILLING – how it works.
(No Contract customers.)
When you call (234) 206 -PLOW your call is routed right to a dispatcher. Once you have been quoted a price an you accept. One of two things will happen, If paying in cash. Dispatch will send a truck. once on scene you pay the driver prior to service. You then get plowed an or salted.
Paying with a card? The dispatcher will need a valid email to send you a invoice. Once paid a truck will be dispatched right away, there is no need for you to be there if you pay by card – Our drivers will take a before an after photo an send to you in a text. Invoice will be sent using one of two methods Paypal or Square. Both offer the highest level of security an protections for the transaction.
If you do not have a email, or access to email an need to pay with card you can pay the driver prior to service + 3% fee* with a credit or debit card.
NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR CREDIT / DEBIT CARD PRIOR TO SERVICE!
Our Dispatch Center routes trucks to the next call in line based on location with the exception of EMERGENCY calls. Emergency calls take priority, An will be dispatched to the nearest truck. This can be a truck owned by another company but is part of the SnowBusters network.
By signing up early on not only do you “LOCK IN” the “BEST RATES” you never have to call us for service! Contracted customers both commercial and residential enjoy a spot on a dedicated route. This means you need not worry about snow removal or calling when the snow flies one of our trucks will plow you out according to the terms of your contract.
Payment for contracted customers
Another great idea that sets SnowBusters apart from the rest!
Payment for contracted customers is billed after each event. SnowBusters will E-mail you a invoice +3%* after the “event” you can pay via credit card or debit card YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT!
Aside from the “other guys” high prices, they will bill you once or twice a month. Some of the “other guys” charge you a MIN FEE even if no snow has fallen talk about paying for nothing – Ouch! So if you go with the “other guys” you can get smacked with a large bill at the end of the month!
We want to make life simple for you as well as for us, So that’s why we created the “After the event” billing cycle.
It snows Thursday, Friday the forcast calls for snow on Sunday. Sunday comes an it snows.
you would get plowed thru out the “event” or “storm” an get a invoice on Sun night or Monday.
It snows on Monday but no more snow is expected until Thursday. You would then get your invoice on Monday night or Tuesday.
NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR CREDIT / DEBIT CARD.
EMERGENCY CALLS TAKE PRIORITY!
So what exactly is a Emergency call? Calls for Priority service some examples but not limited to are as follows…
- One of our trucks or Another snow plow company in our network requires back up on a job site.
- You slid off your driveway an are stuck. The Towing company can not get to you until the drive is plowed.
- Medical Emergencies requiring the drive to be plowed ASAP to allow access for EMS or other Emergency services.
- A huge snow drift just blew off your roof covering your parking lot an maybe even the door to your business.
- Any situation where some one is stuck in the snow an trapped in their car In this case you should dial 911 first!
Please Note EMERGENCY CALLS are Charged at Premium rate, An require a Non-Refundable deposit prior to dispatch/arrival any other charges that may be incurred are to be paid to the plow driver in cash or credit / debit card.
As stated above, this list is by no means complete but is used as a example of what a “Emergency call for service” could be.
In reality almost any call could be put into “EMERGENCY STATUS”
Such as in the case of “MR./Mrs. we shovel our own” they did not expect they would get a lot of snow over night. Then thru out the night Mother Nature deals out a heavy wet snow lets say 5 in. wow, right? It happens. So “Mr./Mrs. we shovel our own” wakes up to see their drive way is buried an there is NO WAY OUT! Yet they have to get to work! Well “who ya gonna call?” SnowBusters… To the rescue!
As mentioned above Almost anything can be a Emergency, all Emergency calls are charged at a Premium rate. So if its really that important you need plowed out like “right now!” call us an “declare a Emergency” Pay the premium rate an relax knowing a truck has just been “RADIO DISPATCHED” as soon as the dispatcher sees Payment complete or Transaction Approved etc.
Yes you read that right our fleet of plows along with our extended network of snow plow trucks are outfitted with 2 way radios
AGAIN…. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE PAID IN CASH OR CREDIT / DEBIT CARD.
* 3% fee is charged anytime you pay with a card. This fee is to offset our cost to process your card an is standard across many industries. To help keep our prices low we are going to charge this fee to customers who use cards for payment. No fee is charged when paying in cash at time of service. Again NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Cash or credit cards only!
